| 摘 要： | 建设马克思主义学习型政党,就是要使学习科学理论和先进知识在全党形成制度、形成风气。目前,在建设马克思主义学习型政党的工作过程中存在学习机制不健全、学习目的不明确、学习风气不端正、学习方式不科学等诸多问题,亟待解决。必须树立新的学习理念、构建新的学习机制、倡导新的学习风气、打造新的学习载体,才能切实有效地解决目前建设学习型政党过程中存在的主要问题。

| Abstract: | To build the Marxist Learning-oriented Party is to make the study of scientific theories and advanced knowledge institutionalized and habituated.It is an inevitable requirement for the Party,standing at a new historical point,to improve the governance capacity;it is also a matter of rise-and-fall of the nation,a matter of success-and-failure of the socialist modernization.At present,there are still a number of practical problems existing in the process of building the Marxist Learning-oriented Party,which need urgent solutions.Therefore,we should make further efforts to thoroughly understand the main existing issues,and then regard the reflection upon these issues as the pointcut,which will play a fundamental role in efficiently settling the major contradictions which constrain the process of building the Marxist Learning-oriented Party. |
