| 摘 要： | 岩土工程专业类实验室是岩土工程学科学生将理论学习和动手实践相联系的桥梁,加强岩土工程专业类实验室的管理是建设高校岩土工程教学中的重要一环,其管理水平能反映出土木类高等学校对于岩土工程学科实践教学的重视,这对岩土类专业的实践教学水平和科研能力提升有着重要意义。通过对岩土工程专业类实验室的特点进行分析,阐述了实验室在管理过程中存在的问题,提出了相关的建议措施,期望能够通过改进高校对实验室仪器设备的共享机制、增加专职仪器管理人员与专业教师、改进实验室教师的晋升途径与提升实验室教师的薪酬水平、地位和待遇以及合理安排学生课时、购置足量实验仪器的方式来加强对岩土工程专业类实验室的管理,实现专业类实验室的全面发展,为学科建设双一流工作提供平台支撑。

Exploration on Laboratory Management of Geotechnical Engineering |

| Abstract: | The laboratory of geotechnical engineering is a bridge connecting theory study with practice for students of geotechnical engineering. Strengthening the management of geotechnical engineering laboratory is an important link in the construction of geotechnical engineering teaching in colleges and universities. Its management level can reflect the importance that civil engineering colleges attach to the practical teaching of geotechnical engineering, it also reflects the practical teaching level of geotechnical specialty. The improvement of laboratory management is of great significance for scientific research ability. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of geotechnical engineering laboratories, this paper expounds the problems existing in the management process of laboratories, and puts forward relevant suggestions and measures. It is hoped that through improving the sharing mechanism of laboratory instruments and equipment in universities, increasing the number of full-time instrument managers and professional teachers, improving the ways of promotion of laboratory teachers and the salary of laboratory teachers. The management of geotechnical engineering laboratories should be strengthened by arranging students class hours reasonably and buying sufficient experimental instruments, it can realize the comprehensive development of professional laboratories and provide a platform for the construction of double-class subjects. |
