| 摘 要： | 基于对学研机构的基础研究与市场技术需求相“错位”和相“脱节”现象的观察,结合熊比特创新理论,构建起基于技术创新逻辑基础的双螺旋模型,并创新性地提出正、反路径下的“现象导向型基础研究”和“市场导向型基础研究”的概念及分类。系统阐释了“市场导向型基础研究”的产业适用、内涵特征、国际实践经验、政策建议等。研究认为：“市场导向型基础研究”是支撑技术成熟型高科技产业发展的逻辑基础;具有与市场需求链接强度大、研究成果可转化性强等特征。中国应该通过提升企业基础研究成果承载能力、发挥高校TTO反向功能等措施建立起新型产学研协同创新机制。

Market-oriented Basic Research: Logic of Technological Innovation in the Reverse Path |

| Abstract: | Based on the observation of the phenomenon of "dislocation" and "disconnection" between basic research of academic research institutions and market technological demand, Combined with Joseph Alois Schumpeter''s theory of innovation, a double helix model based on the logical basis of technological innovation is constructed, and the concepts and classifications of "phenomena-oriented basic research" and "market-oriented basic research" under the positive and negative paths are innovatively put forward. This paper systematically expounds the industrial application, connotative characteristics, international practical experience and policy suggestions of "market-oriented basic research". The research considers that "market-oriented basic research" is the logical basis for supporting the development of technology-mature high-tech industries, and has the characteristics of strong links with market demand and strong convertibility of research results. China should establish a new collaborative innovation mechanism of industry, University and research by improving the carrying capacity of enterprise basic research results and giving full play to the reverse function of TTO in Colleges and universities. |
