| 摘 要： | 当前,公务员考试作弊作为一种社会不良现象,已严重破坏了公务员考试的社会公信度。本文从法学角度,分析了公务员考试作弊的悖法根源,结合实际,提出了用法治的刚性减少和杜绝公务员考试作弊现象的对策,建议用依法治考确保公务员考试的公平公正。

| Abstract: | Currently,cheating in the recruitment examinations of civil service has become a social problem which undermined the public reliability of the examination itself.This essay analyzes the fundamental causes which should be responsible for this kind of illegal behavior from a legal aspect.It also,based on the reality,proposes remedial measures that cheating in the exam should be eliminated by a legislative effect.Running the examination by law to guarantee it's just,impartial,and fair is also suggested. |
