| 摘 要： | 祖先崇拜的宗教行为本质上是基于对生命始源“生生之德”的感恩和报答，它肯定了生命存在的价值和意义。尊生重生是祖先崇拜生命价值观的基本向度，具体体现在宗庙祭祀中的生命保护、日常生活中的生命珍视和丧葬仪式中的生命关怀，其蕴含的“伦理化”生命意识与“人性化”生命关怀可为当代社会树立科学的生命观及建构合理的临终关怀体系所资取。

| Abstract: | Essentially,the religious behavior of ancestor worship is based on repaying to life origin, which affirmed the value of life.The article discusses valuing life and respecting life in the outlook of ancestor worship’s life value,it shows concretely as follows：treasuring life in sacrificial rites in the ancesters’temples,cherishing life in daily life,and caring for life in ritual of bereaved.Its life spirit is of modern value. |
