尼泊金十二酯的合成工艺及防腐性能研究

摘    要:以对羟基苯甲酸和十二醇为原料,对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,直接酯化合成尼泊金十二酯,通过对各影响因素的探讨,得出最佳反应条件为,对羟基苯甲酸与正十二醇的摩尔比为1∶3,反应时间为4 h ,反应温度为140℃,催化剂用量达到8%(相对于酸质量分数),产率可高达86.65%。

Abstract:P-hydroxy benzoic acid and twelve alcohol are used as raw material ,and p-toluene sulfonic acid as the catalyst ,then Nipagin ester twelve is formed through esterification .This paper discusses various influence factors in the esterification ,and points out that the optimum reaction conditions are as follows :p-hydroxybenzoic acid and twelve alcohol molar ratio 1∶3 ,reaction time 4 h ,reaction temperature 140 ℃ ,catalyst consumption of 8% (mass percent compared with acid ) ,high yield of 86 .65% .
