优质碳素结构钢含碳量与AC3的数学模型建立

摘    要:为了快速准确获得优质碳素结构钢的临界转变温度 AC3与含碳量ωc 之间的关系,利用单元正交多项式回归设计方法,对其进行了优化试验研究,并利用SPSS软件对试验结果进行了统计分析与检验,从而建立了 AC3与含碳量ωc 之间的数学模型。

Abstract:In order to obtain the relationship between the critical transition temperature AC3 and the carbon content ωc of quality carbon structural steels ,unit of orthogonal polynomial regression design method is used to optimize the experiment research .This paper also utilizes SPSS software to test and analyze the result and establish the mathematical model between AC3 and carbon content ωc .
