| 摘 要： | 美国城市化进程带动了国内需求的扩张。文章分析了美国以城市化拉动国内需求的主要做法，研究了美国城市化对其国内需求扩张的效果。针对中国实际，提出中国要实现以城市化提升国内需求，一是要创新城市公共事业建设体制机制，为城市化发展与国内需求扩展奠定社会基础；二是要完善社会保障制度，为实现以城市化提升国内需求提供制度保障；三是要提高中低收入阶层收入水平，提升中低收入阶层消费能力。

| Abstract: | The process of American urbanization led to the expansion of domestic demand .The paper analyzes the main methods and effect of stimulating domestic demand by urbanization in USA .According to China’s actual situation ,the paper presents some suggestions for increasing China’s domestic demand by urbanization .Firstly ,we should upgrade mechanism and system of public utilities in order to lay the foundation of the social basis for urbanization development and domestic demand expansion .Secondly ,China’s social security system should be improved so as to provide the institutional guarantee for the domestic demand expansion by urbanization .Thirdly ,we should improve income level of the low-income class in order to enhance the ability of low -income consumer . |
