| 摘 要： | 介绍了近年来环糊精、冠醚以及杯芳烃等大环化合物固定相的研究概况．杯芳烃作为继环糊精和冠醚之后的第三代主体化合物，由于其空穴大小和构象人为可调，可能成为有效分离有特殊选择性、耐高温、特别对高碳异构体如高沸点多环芳烃、多氯联苯等难分离异构体的固定相．

| Abstract: | In this thesis,we introduced the general situation of big cyclic fro chromatography stationary phases,cyclodextrins and crown ethers and calixarene. Especially,calixarene have great potential application as stationary phase. Because they have variable size of cavities,controllable conformation,good chemical and thermal stability,better properties of selective. |
