| 摘 要： | 制备了一种新型季铵盐表面活性剂十六烷基二甲基苯氧乙基溴化铵，对产品进行了结构和纯度分析，初步探索了其起泡力和乳化性能，结果表明：（1）以十六伯胺，甲醛，甲酸，苯酚和二溴乙烷为基本原料，经三步法合成十六烷基苯氧乙基溴化铵的方法，具有成本低廉，操作简便，产率较高的特点。（2）十六烷二甲基苯氧乙基溴化铵的乳化能力，起泡力和泡沫稳定性都比较弱，具有一定的消泡和抑泡作用。

| Abstract: | In this paper , a new quaternary ammonium salt for phenoxyethyl dimethyl palmityl ammonium bromide(PDPB) is synthesized. Its structure and purity are analysed.The emulsibility and lathering power are preliminarily studied.It is shown that:(1)serving as the basic material with cetyl amine,formaldehyde,formic acid,phenol and dibromide ethane,PDPB is synthesized by way of three steps,and this method has some characteristics of cheap cost,simple operation and higher productivity.(2)The emulsibility,producing bubble ability and the foam stability for PDPB are weaker,and it has definite effect on disappeared and restrained bubbles. |
