| 摘 要： | 高校体育教师作为现代社会中的一员,心理状态或多或少受到社会各种思潮的影响。特别是市场经济的变革,使高校教师传统的人生观、价值观不断面临新的挑战,同时也影响着高校教师的角色期望和职业态度。随着社会的变迁,高校体育教师只有了解自己所处的角色情景,具备良好的心理素质和职业适应能力,才能成为一名合格的高校体育教育工作者。

| Abstract: | The university PE teachers are the members in the modern society and their psychological conditions more or less receive social ideological trend.Specially the market economy transformation causes the university teacher tradition the outlook on life,the values to face the new challenge unceasingly.At the same time,it also affecte the university teacher's role expectation and the professional manner.Along with the social vicissitude,the university PE teachers only then understood oneself locates the role scene,has the good psychological quality and the occupation adaptiveness,can become a qualified university PE educator. |
