摘    要:进入21世纪,"并购"成为很多企业管理层的"时髦"话题,然而在追捧这股时髦风的同时,企业都或重或轻地患上了"并购综合征",从而导致并购的失败。对企业管理者来说,最重要的不是如何并购和并购谁的问题,而是如何预防以及治疗企业的"并购综合征"。"并购综合征"更多源于容易被双方忽视的无形资产——"文化"。企业可以从组织文化的角度来预防和治疗"并购综合征"。
