| 摘 要： | 思想政治理论课教师在高校教书育人、立德树人中发挥着重要作用。社会转型期出现的经济体制的变革、社会结构的分化、利益格局的调整、多元文化思潮的冲击和大学生思想观念的变化,对思想政治理论课教师的师德师风提出了严峻挑战。社会主义核心价值体系的提出及其战略地位为高校思想政治理论课教师的师德师风建设指明了正确的发展方向。以社会主义核心价值体系分析为经,以思想政治理论课教师职业岗位的特殊性为纬,从理论指导、价值导向、精神动力、行为规范等四个方面探讨了加强高校思想政治理论课教师师德师风建设的路径与对策。
