摘    要:当前,教师教育实习的理念和模式众多,"三位一体、定点互动"是在长期教育实习探索和改革中形成的一种行之有效的教育实习模式。它强调结合地方区域实际和学校现状,构建学院──教育行政部门──中小学实习学校的教师教育实习网络,重视学院与各实习基地学校的双向互动交流,建立起较为完善的管理模式和评价机制,以保证实习质量。

Abstract:At present, the idea and mode of teaching practice vary from one to another. The "Three-Layer Dynamic Teaching Practice" is an effective teaching practice method being proved over the past years. The method emphasizes close cooperation between colleges, government administrations, and primary/secondary schools, the purpose of which is to develop a complete management and evaluation mechanism so as to ensure the quality of teaching practice.
