| 摘 要： | 高职院校双师型体育教师培养是高职院校提高体育教学质量的关键.根据高职院校"双师型"体育教师基本要求,对高职院校体育教师素质的现状进行分析,结合新时期教育部2006(16)号文件精神,提出了培养和提高体育教师业务素质的方法和途径.
