| 摘 要： | 我国从20世纪80年代开始发展户外运动，户外运动的发展呈现出大众化和普遍化的特点，吸引了越来越多的大学生参与。西部地区高校大学生户外运动处于初级发展阶段，其校内大学生对户外运动认识不足，且师资力量和校内硬件设施的不足都制约着西部地区高校户外运动的发展，提出了要加强西部地区户外运动的发展应增加高校户外运动课程的设置，加强师资力量、团队建设、场地建设等建议。

Research on the development of outdoor sports in China |

| Abstract: | since 1980s, the development of outdoor sports in China, the development of outdoor sports has been showing the characteristics of the popular and universal. Nowadays, more and more college students are attracted by the outdoor sports, which is welcomed by college students.The lacking of students’under?standing to outdoor sport and teachers and hardware equipment are the restrictions to university outdoor sports development in the west area. This paper mainly discusses the problems existing in the development of out?door sports in colleges and universities, and puts forward the measures to improve it, strengthening teachers construction, team construction and ground construction. |
