| 摘 要： | 情报工作的前期活动是做好情报服务工作的前提,是变被动服务为主动服务的关键。因此,文章从情报工作的实际出发,论证了情报工作重心前移的必要性和可行性。认为加强情报工作的前期活动,情报工作的重心前移是提高服务质量和工作效率的有效措施。

| Abstract: | The early stage of information activities is the premise ofgiving good service and also the key factor to change the possive serviceinto active service. This paper demonstrates the essentiality and feasi-bility of forward shift of the focuse of information activities, anddeems that strenthening the early stage of information activities andshifting the focus forward are the effective measures to improve thequality of service and raise working efficiency. |
