| 摘 要： | 执政资源是执政党为了提高执政效能所调动和利用的一切积极因素。中国共产党的执政资源包括群众资源,经济资源,权力资源和理论资源。在新的历史条件下,我们党要巩固自己的执政地位,永葆自身的先进性,就要努力研究当前党的执政资源的现状以提高党的执政能力。
