| 摘 要： | 职业体育俱乐部核心竞争力的培育是一个可持续发展的过程。通过对其培育动力模型的描述,根据反馈关系设想核心竞争力的培育动力曲线,系统地阐释核心竞争力的发展轨迹和特征,分析其构成因素梳理其相互间的因果关系。从理论形成路径出发,揭示职业体育俱乐部核心竞争力形成的动力学流程,并依据核心竞争力构成要素间关系分析其动力模型的函数表达,系统解析要素间的数量关系及作用机制,从构成要素职能整合能力的强弱反映竞争力水平的高低,为核心竞争力动态提升提供理论性框架支撑。

| Abstract: | The core competence in those professional sports clubs grow up rather gradually in a sustainable manner.Thus,its trajectory and peculiarity was made clear through the analysis of its model,in which the dynamic curve was successfully extracted through feedback relationship.Cause and effect relationship between each constituent was then analyzed before the theory of formation can be used.The work finally throws light upon dynamic flow of the core competence.Expression in functions was then achieved through relation between constituents.The relationship between quantity and interacting mechanism were accordingly studied.It thus becomes possible for competitiveness to be expressed by the strength of integral capacity of these constituents.The theoretical frame for dynamic exaltation of the core competence was finally established. |
