| 摘 要： | 为了提高我国中小学生身体素质,国家教育部于2004年8月提出了在中小学中开展“体育、艺术2 1项目”的实验工作,但至今中小学生的健康状况仍令人担忧,为进一步实施实验工作,本文就开展“2 1项目”的意义和中小学生体质健康的状况作了探讨,并对如何实施“2 1项目”提出了意见。

| Abstract: | In order to promote students' health in primary and secondary schools,the Ministry of Education launched an experiment of "Physical Education and Art(2 1)Program" in the August of 2004.Yet the physical quality of the students is still disquieting.This paper probes into the significance of this experiment and the state of students' health status,then puts forward some suggestions of the practice in an attempt to improve the experiment. |
