| 摘 要： | 自1978年以来,随着经济与社会的转型,使我国中等收入者的比重不断扩大,其发展势头极其迅猛。但从总体上来讲,由于城乡二元分割、不同经济所有制关系分割等原因,其比重仍然相对过低,以致产生消费倾向降低,有效需求不足;消费结构断层,持续发展受阻;社会分层畸形,不稳定因素增加以及人力素质下降,科技创新乏力等负面影响。

| Abstract: | Since 1978, with the development of economy and the social transition, the proportion of the medium-income people has been on the steady rise with a strong potential of further development. However, on the whole, due to the difference between the rural areas and cities, and the different economic ownership systems, the proportion is still relatively low, which results in the negative effects such as the low consumption, the inade-quate effective demands, the faultage of the structure of consumption, the handicap of the continual development, the unhealthy classification of the society, the increasing of the unstable factors, the decreasing of the quality of the work force as well as the inability of the scientific and technological innovations. |
