| 摘 要： | 21世纪是一个充满竞争的世纪,高等院校作为大学生融入社会的最后一个训练场,也是人力资源开发的前提.如何造就一批敢于竞争、敢于胜利的优秀大学生,关系到中国特色社会主义的成败,关系到中华民族的伟大复兴.充分发挥校园文化的激励功能,以积极、向上的文化引导学生的成长、成材,既是现实社会发展的必然要求,也是高等院校的神圣职责.

| Abstract: | 21st century is a century full of competitions.Colleges are the last training court for college students to step into the society,are also the premise of manpower resources development.How to bring up outstanding students who dare to compete end dare to struggle for victory concerns the achievements of the Chinese characteristic socialism,concerns the Chinese grear revival.To fully exert campus culture's stimulating function to guide student's growth positively,is not only the inevitable demand in the realistic social development,but also our sacred duty. |
