| 摘 要： | 择业效能感是毕业生在求职过程中的自信程度,对毕业生的择业行为和择业结果产生重大影响。本研究采用择业效能感问卷对新疆职业大学2013届毕业生择业效能感状况进行问卷调查。结果显示2013届应届毕业生择业效能感总体上处于中上水平,不同毕业生的择业效能感水平存在较大差异,毕业生的择业效能感不存在显著的性别差异,但不同院部差异显著。

| Abstract: | Alrstrllet： the career self-efficacy of graduates is the degree of confidence for students in the process of searching job, and will have a significant impact on the improper behavior and results of graduates.This study investigated the self-efficacy status of graduates of 2013 sessions from Xinjiang Vocational University by career self-efficacy questionnaire. The Survey results show that the career self-efficacy （ff graduates of 2013 sessions is in the middle and upper level, but the career self-efficacy levels of different individuals are different, the career self-efficacy level of different gender individuals has no significant difference, and the career self-efficacy level of different Institute Graduates is significant different. |
