| 摘 要： | 科技项目基本信息作为科学技术信息的重要组成部分,其跨部门整合、建库和综合应用具有深远的战略意义。针对我国国家及地方的科技计划体系下的科技项目信息,本文从数据来源、信息系统和数据库建设等层面进行考察.提出基于互联网整合政府财政支持科技计划下可公开科技项目基本信息,构建科技项目基本信息数据库,并对其建设环境及应用需求进行了初步研究。
