| 摘 要： | 政府门户网站是政府电子政务建设的重要部分,其成功的关键取决于用户的持续使用。基于IS持续使用模型(IS Continuance Model)和DeLone & McLean IS成功模型,构建了政府门户网站用户采纳模型。以政府门户网站个人用户为研究对象,通过问卷方式采集了630个有效样本数据,运用结构方程建模方法对模型进行了检验。实证结果表明:(1)用户满意和感知有用性是政府门户网站用户持续使用意向的重要前因;(2)政府门户网站服务质量的四个维度通过用户满意和感知有用性影响用户持续使用意向,但其影响机制存在差异。
