| 摘 要： | 本在对高校勘察设计单位人力资源管理所面临挑战分析的基础上，提出了高校勘察设计单位人力管理重新定位的多重角色模型，进而对高校勘察设计单位在战略伙伴、行政专家、员工的领头人和变化助推剂等角色方面进行了详细阐述。
