| 摘 要： | 教师是教育事业发展的关键因素，教师专业化的拓展与推进不仅需要有一定的环境，动力，还需要有适当的途径，采取有效的策略，文章在把握教师专业化历史进程和国内外比较的基础上，对新世纪我国教师专业化的拓展与推进策略，提出了若干建议。
