| 摘 要： | 和谐出版是和谐文化的重要组成部分。努力构建和谐出版,为推进和谐文化建设作出积极的贡献,为建设创新型国家、构建和谐社会提供强大的精神动力和智力支持是高校学报责无旁贷的任务。文章结合高校学报的实际,阐述了和谐出版视阈中高校学报发展与创新的途径:创新办刊理念,彰显学术特色;健全运行机制,保障学术质量;构建和谐部门,适应发展需要;加大宣传力度,营造良好氛围。

| Abstract: | Considering the significance of publication in the culture of harmony,it is compulsory for college journals to publish in harmony,so as to conduce to the culture of harmony and promote,mentally and intellectually,the construction of harmonious society and the new country.This article expounds on how to innovate and develop in light of harmonious publication: to be updated philosophically and to outstand academically;to perfect systemically so as to promote the quality of papers adopted;to construct a harmonious organization to meet the needs of time;and to strengthen self-publicity for a positive social context. |
