| 摘 要： | 分析了现代教育技术在创建新型教学模式中的地位与作用，以及如何才能在应用现代教育技术的基础上，建立有效的教学模式，同时，各个学校还应由各地区、各学校根据自身的条件去创造性地探索与开发。通过有效的教学设计，我们可以使现代教育技术的优势得以充分发挥，建立行之有效的教学模式，推进素质教育的实现。

| Abstract: | The thesis has analyzed the position and function of modern educational techniques in creating new teaching mode,and now to apply the modern educational techniques to building an effective teaching model which should be designed according to the actual situations of each indivldual area and school,Through the effective teaching design,we can take full advantage of modern educational technique to form highly effective teaching model to reaize the education for all-around develpment. |
