| 摘 要： | 即将在哈尔滨举办的2009年世界大学生冬季运动会给我国冬季大众体育的发展带来积极影响，促进冬季体育运动项目与我国大众体育运动的融合与互动，为我国冬季大众体育的发展提供强大的动力和带来前所未有的契机。大冬会是世界冬季体育运动的盛会，影响巨大，能引起人们对冬季体育事业的极大关注，增强人们冬季健身的意识；举办大冬会能促进举办城市和区域体育场馆的建设，调动人们参与冬季运动项目健身的积极性，并丰富我国冬季大众体育活动的内容和形式；举办大冬会所创造的促进冬季大众体育发展的软、硬环境和所产生的直接经济效应与间接经济效应，会带动我国冬季大众体育实现跨越式发展；培育冬季大众体育环境，扩大冬季大众体育人口，拉动冬季大众体育消费需求，促进冬季大众体育产业发展，形成我国冬季大众体育发展良性循环的良好开端。
