| 摘 要： | 自1986年,原国家体委与国家教委在山东掖县召开会议,制定了在普通高等学校试办高水平运动队的措施以来,我国高校体育运动竞赛在近20年的时间里发展迅速,取得了显著成果.然而在这发展过程中,我国大学生体育竞赛中存在的问题也显现出来:大学生体育竞赛制度相对不完善,运动员代表资格较为混乱等问题,不但会对高校运动竞技水平自身的发展造成障碍,而且也将影响到整个国家竞技体育的发展.课题采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、比较研究法、数理统计法等研究方法,并提出了一些重要理论问题和认识问题,从而为发展我国高校竞技体育提供理论依据,拓宽新的发展思路.

| Abstract: | In 1986,the former Sports Ministry and Education Ministry made the decision to establish sports teams of high levels at common colleges at a meeting held in County Ye,Shandong Province.Since then,the sports competitions at college have developed quickly and have obtained remarkable achievements during the past twenty years.However,in the meantime,some problems appeared:the relative imperfection of the college students competition system,the truth of the athletes' qualification,etc.,which not only hinder the promotion of college sports competition level,but also affect the development of the national competitive sports.This paper,through various methods like literature material,expert interview,questionnaire survey,comparison research,statistics,puts forward some important theoretical problems and aims to provide theoretical bases for promoting China's college competitive sports,and to explore a new development course. |
