| 摘 要： | 在全球化浪潮的影响下,中东各国纷纷走上经济合作之路,将经济现代化和全球化融为一体,经济合作和地区经济一体化成为中东各国新的形势下发展经济的一致目标。目前,中东的一体化经济尚处于低级的特惠贸易区、工业品自由贸易区和关税同盟阶段,还没有完全形成以市场为导向的经济。政府政策和国际因素对其影响较大,各国缺乏独立发展区域经济一体化的自主性。由于中东特殊的地缘经济、地缘政治和国际关系,根据目前有关中东地区经济发展“快速一体化”、“渐进一体化”、“双边一体化”的三种战略构想,中东应当根据具体的时期、具体的形势和具体的国情运用灵活的发展战略。

| Abstract: | Under the influence of globalization,countries of Middle East make more and more economic cooperation whose target is to realize regional economic integration. Economic integration in Middle East is still in the beginning phase, which is strongly influenced by polices of government and international factors and lacks the alltonomy to develop regional economy independently. Middle East should make use of flexible development strategy due to its special regional economy, politics and international relationship. |
