| 摘 要： | 邓小平政治稳定理论是我国保持和维护稳定、促进发展的根本指导思想。新时期中国的政治稳定既有许多有利的因素，又面临着挑战。如何在现代化进程中有效地保持政治稳定局面，关系到我国社会主义现代化建设的成败和中华民族的伟大复兴。加强政治稳定，首先要正确处理改革、发展、稳定三者之间的关系，坚持基本路线不动摇；其次要保持立国原则的稳定和执政党的稳定；再次要深化政治体制改革，加强社会主义民主和法制建设；最后要对公民进行有效的思想政治教育，保持思想稳定。

| Abstract: | Deng Xiaoping's political stability theory is the fundamental guiding thoughts to maintain stability and promote development of china.In the new epoch,there are both favorable factors and challenges in the stability of Chinese polity.How to maintain the political stability efficiently during the developing of the modernization is an issue about the success of our socialism modern construction,about the national regeneration of Chinese nation.For strengthening the political stability,we must well handle the relationship about the reform,development and stability.Next we must maintain the stability of nation's principles and the ruling party.Then we must deepen the reform of political system and enhance socialism democracy and laws.Finally we must effectively make the political and ideological education among the citizens and keep the steady ideas. |
