| 摘 要： | 从我国GDP持续增长、体育消费群体和体育市场的规模、居民需求结构和消费结构的升级、产业结构的调整以及农村城市化和城市社区化的进程等几个方面，对我国体育在新世纪社会经济发展中的地位和作用进行了阐述。结论认为，体育产业将成为新世纪我国国民经济的重要行业，在推动经济持续增长方面发挥重要的作用。

| Abstract: | The status and functions of sports during the new century are elaborated in following aspects: sustained GDP growth, the size of sports consumers and sports market, citizen's demand and consumption structure, industry structure, the tendency of urbanization and cities changing to communities in China. It is suggested that sports industry will be an important type of china's national economy, and will play a key role in driving sustained economic growth. |
