| 摘 要： | 西部原油成品油管道工程是二十一世纪初我国西部继"西气东输"项目实施以来的又一重要建设项目,是国家级的能源生命线工程,也是西部大开发宏伟战略的重要内容之一.论文分析了西部原油成品油管道工程(新疆段)工程施工后沿线水土流失特征,针对影响水土流失主要因素,按照施工图设计阶段要求提出了水工保护、水土保持工程等综合水土流失治理及防治措施体系,达到减少工程新增水土流失,保护环境的目的.
