| 摘 要： | 分析了关键干系人知识共享的社会化行为、外部化行为、组合化行为和内部化行为与复杂产品研发的相互关系,提出了相应的假设,构建了理论模型,并以复杂产品研发项目为调查对象,运用SPSS 18.0对收集到的数据进行相关分析和回归分析,结果表明,社会化行为、外部化行为、组合化行为和内部化行为均对复杂产品研发有显著性的正面影响。
