对来华留学生通信工程本科专业认知实习的思考

摘    要:提高留学生教育质量已成为目前我国高等教育国际化的迫切任务之一,专业认知实习环节对于提高留学生教育质量具有重要意义。针对来华留学生现状和通信工程专业课程的特点,任课教师要不断提高素质,在不同认知实习教学环节使用与之对应的教学模式。以"通信企业大规模生产"和"超大规模数据交换"两个认知实习教学环节为实例,阐述了具体教学模式的实施、教学方法的运用和实习指导体会。

Thinking on Cognitive Practice of Undergraduate Program of Communication Engineering for Foreign Students in China

Abstract:The deconstruction and analysis of teachers' evaluation system of Shuter science and Technology Uni-versity in Taiwan showed that the evaluation system evaluates system emphasized the adjustment revision, the ordinary teachers to participate in the evaluation, the combination of teacher self-evaluation and evaluated by others in the evaluation, and pay attention to the evaluation of teachers' service behavior from two dimension of inside and outside the university, that set up the minimum standards of performance evaluation to slow down the teacher psychological pressure. These approaches can provide some valuable idea directing and the concrete op-eration experience for the teaching evaluation system reform of teaching and research-type university in mainland areas.
