| 摘 要： | 从社会学的角度出发,对中美两国文化中不同取向的人际交往关系进行了对比研究,提出了中美人际交往关系的新特点,并通过调查问卷的结果分析证实了这个观点。在此基础上,从社会结构、文化特质、人格、自我认同等方面探讨了造成中美不同交往关系的社会因素,并指出了解这些交往关系对有效的跨文化交际的重要作用。

| Abstract: | From a sociological point of view, the paper attempts to make a comparative study of the interpersonal relation- ships between Chinese and Americans with different cultures and put forward the new characteristics of their relationships. And the result of conducted questionna..ires has proved this argument.In addition, the paper tries to analyze the social factors that influence the interpersonal relationships from the perspectives of social structure, collectivism and individualism, perso- nality and self-conception and then point out the significance of understanding the characteristics of interpersonal relation- ships in cross-cultural communication. |
