| 摘 要： | 传统的中小学体育教师教育模式正面临着深刻的变革。体育教师教育专业化、一体化要求改变传统的封闭、静态体育教师教育模式,建立动态、开放、多元化的教师教育模式,把中小学体育教师教育看成是一个包含职前、职中、职后在内的完整连续的过程,使中小学体育教师教育的发展主动适应基础教育的改革,对基础教育课程改革起指导和引领的作用。＂顶岗实习,置换培训＂、＂反思型教育模式＂这些新型体育教师教育模式既能体现中小学体育教师教育专业化和一体化的要求,促进中小学体育教师专业化和一体化的进一步发展,又有利于全面推进中小学体育教师素质教育。

| Abstract: | The traditional mode of physical education in primary and secondary schools are faced with profound changes.The specialization and integration of physical education are required to change the traditional closed and static mode,while to establish a dynamic,open and pluralistic mode of education.Physical education of primary and secondary schools is supposed to be a complete and successive process including pre-work,at work,and after work,so that the development of physical education in primary and secondary schools will not only adapt to the reform of basic education but also guide and lead curriculum reform.＂Internships,replacement training＂;＂reflective mode of education＂;these new physical education mode will reflect the requirement of specialization and integration of physical education in primary and secondary schools and promote the professionalization and further development of specialization and integration.Meanwhile,the new mode is beneficial to comprehensively develop the quality physical education in primary and secondary schools. |
