| Abstract: | This paper introduces the successful experiences of CALIS online union catalog especially in database development, user management, cooperation with other bibliographic utilities, standards and guidelines development for online cataloging and etc. It also points out some shortcomings in the existing system and makes suggestion for the enhancement of CALIS online union catalog. |
