| 摘 要： | 文章以党的十七大精神为指导，论述20年前时任贵州省委书记的胡锦涛同志提出的“把多种经济成分作为加快贵州发展的战略问题”这一经济领域改革的重要决策，认为20年来安顺试验区以多种经济成分共生繁荣为主流的发展，是对我国社会主义初级阶段基本经济制度建立的超前探索和率先实践，为欠发达、欠开发地区加快发展、科学发展、和谐发展“走”出了一条新的路子，为贵州经济社会的未来发展打下了坚实的物质基础。
