跨栏步及相关技术的生物力学分析

摘    要:对110米高栏跨栏步、栏间跑等主要技术进行了生物力学分析,认为提高跨栏跑成绩的关键在于缩短上下栏支撑时间和过栏腾空时间;加快和加大下栏后的第一步的速度和步长,发挥速度早;加快拦间跑步频,改进栏间跑节奏;本文给出了有关技术参数,有助于提高跨栏跑成绩。

Abstract:By a biomechanical analysis of 110m high-hurkes pacing, pacing between hurdl and other important mechanics, considered that the key to improve the success of hurdles pacing falls onto reducing the time of foot's proping up and down, and the time of jumping-over; quickening the speed and pace-length of the first step after the proping down, promoting an early taking-off of speed, speeding up the frequency of pacing between hurdles; improving the rhythm of pacing between hurdles. The pape provides the technical parameters concerned, which are helpful to improve the succ ess of hurdles pacing.
