| 摘 要： | 以中国女排竞技水平发展历程为研究主题,运用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等方法对全面提高阶段中国女排竞技水平发展特征及主要影响因素进行分析,分析结果显示该阶段中国女排竞技水平发展特征为发展速度快,进步幅度大,进入世界先进水平,达到世界高峰;主要影响因素为运动员、训练理论与方法、教练员、竞训管理、政治环境和科研保障因素。

| Abstract: | In the thesis,we analyze the Character and Cause of China Women Volleyball Team's Competitive Level in early years of the new nation,taking the course of china women volleyball team's competitive level as the study subject,the result is following: the main characters are that Progresses are quick;the main elements are athletes,training theory coach,training administration,political environments and scientific research. |
