| 摘 要： | 基因兴奋剂的出现严重地违背了体育精神与伦理道德,是对科技与文明的亵渎。然而,基因兴奋剂的出现涉及诸多因素,其中不乏积极因素。本文从理性的角度对基因兴奋剂问题所引发的各种科技、伦理、社会、法律问题进行分析与批判。在对基因兴奋剂全面了解的基础上,从制度、法律、道德等几个方面提出相应的措施与办法,为2008年北京奥运会创造良好的竞赛环境。

| Abstract: | Gene doping is defined by the World Anti-Doping Agency(WADA) as "the non-therapeutic use of genes,genetic elements and/or cells that have the capacity to enhance athletic performance".New research in genetics and genomics will be used not only to diagnose and treat disease,but also to attempt to enhance human performance.In recent years,gene therapy has shown progress and positive results that have highlighted the potential misuse of this technology and the debate of 'gene doping.This paper criticize gene doping from different views with rational treating measures,in order to understand gene doping fully. |
