清末民初直隶师范教育之师德培养机制研究

摘    要:直隶是清末新政实施教育改革富有成效和特色的省份,期间培养出了一大批品学兼优的栋梁之才,直隶师范教育之所以成为师范教育的典范,就是因为在师范教育中,重视了师德的培养.师德的培养主要贯穿在课程的设置和实施、培养学生劳动能力、提高师范生入学的标准等方面,这些对当代教育的发展和师德的完善,具有很大的借鉴价值.

Study on Teachers' Morality Cultivation Mechanism in Zhili's Normal Education During the Late Qing and Early Repubic
Abstract:The new policy in education of the Qing late dynasty, ZhiLi's reform is more productive and characteristic. A large number of excellent pillars cultivate during the reform. Teacher-training education in ZhiLi became the leader around the nation, mainly because it attached great importance to the ethics cultivation. The cultivation of teacher 's ethics mainly throughout the course settings, paying attention to labor capacity of student, improving the admission standard of students etc. Thus contributing to the development of contemporary education, enhancing teachers' ethical construction, these are valuable in application and reference.
