| 摘 要： | 深化高职教育改革，全面推进素质教育，培养新世纪全面发展的高素质人才，归根到底要依靠广大教师。因此，应提高高职院校教师的综合素质。其综合素质主要包括高尚的思想政治素质和道德素质，精湛的专业理论、科研能力和实践操作素质，较高的创新素质等。
