| 摘 要： | 在田径专业课技术教学中 ,合理利用身体的反射规律 ,把握运动技能转换规律 ,研究有效的教学方法和科学安排教学内容 ,充分运用学生掌握的动作技能进行良性迁移与动作转换 ,这对于学习和掌握技术会起到促进作用。同时对提高田径技术教学质量 ,推进教改的发展有着重要意义。

| Abstract: | In teaching of athletic special course,it is important to take advantage of the reflecting regulation of the body rationally,to hold the transform regulation of sport technique,to research the efficient teachning method and plan the teaching content scientifically,to apply the movements techinque of the students to move and transform the movements,which has a promoting function of learning and mastering skills.At the same time,it has an important significance of improvig teaching quality and pushing on the development of teaching and reforming. |
