| 摘 要： | 高职院校体育课时一般为每周2个学时,仅仅依靠体育课的常规开设,不能保障学生＂每天锻炼一小时＂的阳光体育教学目的。所以有针对性地开展丰富多彩的课余体育俱乐部,是当前高校顺利实施阳光体育运动的有力措施。通过对江苏省部分高职院校的实践研究,探寻在阳光体育背景下构建课余网球俱乐部的合理化教学模式,通过对体育成绩评分体系的优化,充分调动学生的积极性,使阳光体育运动持续健康的在高职院校开展。

| Abstract: | The vocational colleges usually have two sports class hours per week,but it can not meet the requirement of one-day one-hour physical exercise under the background of sunlight sports.The colorful sports club activity after school can effectively guarantee the implementation of sunlight sports.Through making investigation on some vocational colleges in Jiangsu province,this paper tried to construct the rational teaching model of tennis club after school,fully played the student’s enthusiasm and promote the sunlight sports development in a healthy and sustainable way in vocational colleges. |
