| 摘 要： | 网络环境下高校图书馆提高文献保障能力的最佳方案是加强区域性高校馆藏资源共享体系的建设，它标志着当今图书馆的发展方向。陕西高校在文献信息资源共享建设过程中，面临着诸多的困难与问题，主要体现在观念意识、管理机制、经费投入、服务成本、技术环境等方面。只有积极妥善地解决好这些问题，才能确立适合我省高校馆情的资源共享战略。

| Abstract: | It is the sign and devdopment direction of mordern library to enhance the construnction of sharing system of local university library literature information resouce, it is the best way to increase the capicity of the university library literation information supplying under the Inter net circumstances, too. There are some proldems and diffculties in the process of construction of the university literature information sharing system such as the ideas, administration mechnism investment, service cost, technigical atmophere and so on. In order to realize the strategy of the university library literature information sharing system, we should solve the problems mentioned above properly. |
