| 摘 要： | 起步不晚但起点较低的云南电大远程开放教育，应该根据自己的实际构建一种适应边疆，民族地区远程开放教育教学模式；省电大和分校要充分发挥各自的功能，共同的建一种学校采用以自学式文字教材为主，音像课，面授课为辅，电话咨询和计算机网站为补充的多种媒体和多种手段提供教学资源和学习支持服务；学生在教师指导下根据自己的实际 ，自行选择并组合适合自己的方式进行学习的远程开放教育教学模式。

| Abstract: | Yunnan RTVU, getting off earlier in the open distance education, but being lower in its starting point, should construct its own educational model suitable for carrying out open distance education in Yunnan border and nationality areas. Yunnan RTVU and its own branchschools should give full play to their own functions to build up a common network of teaching resources and study support service, in which teaching relies mainly on written materials while making audio visual courese and persnal instruction as the subsidiary or replenishing consuling service by telephone or computer. With the help of the teacher, a student can choose and makd up freely any kind of mode of the open distance education according to his own need. |
